Healing Sessions – FAQ

What happens during a session?

1

Each session begins with a brief conversation so you can share what’s happening in your life, emotionally, mentally, or energetically.

From there, I move into an intuitive healing process that includes Reiki and other healing modalities, using traditional hand placements while also paying attention to symbolic images, energetic patterns, and intuitive information that may arise.

As the session unfolds, I may describe what I’m perceiving and how it relates to themes in your life. Many clients experience the session as both relaxing and clarifying — a blend of energetic reset and intuitive reflection.

Afterward, I often provide a written session summary so you can revisit the insights and integration practices that emerged.

Do I need to believe in energy healing for this to work?

2

No belief system is required.

Most people approach this work with curiosity rather than certainty. The session simply creates a quiet space where your nervous system can settle and where intuitive insights may surface.

Some clients resonate with the energetic framework, while others experience the work more as deep reflection and emotional processing.

Both experiences are valid.

What kinds of things do people typically bring to a session?

3

Clients come for many reasons, including:

• periods of transition or uncertainty
• emotional or relationship challenges
• creative blocks or life direction questions
• feeling energetically overwhelmed or depleted
• a desire for deeper clarity about what’s unfolding in their lives

You don’t need to have a specific problem. Many sessions begin simply with the feeling that something is shifting.

Is this therapy or medical treatment?

4

No.

These sessions are not therapy, medical care, or psychological treatment. They are complementary, reflective experiences intended to support personal insight, relaxation, and energetic balance.

If you are dealing with significant mental health or medical concerns, working with a licensed professional is always recommended.

What do people usually feel during a session?

5

Experiences vary widely.

Many clients report:

• deep relaxation
• warmth or subtle sensations in the body
• emotional release
• sudden clarity or new perspectives
• vivid imagery or symbolic impressions

Some people feel very little physically but still notice insights or shifts afterward.

There is no “correct” experience.

Do sessions happen in person or remotely?

6

Sessions can be conducted both in person and remotely.

Energy work and intuitive perception are not limited by physical distance, so remote sessions can be just as effective. Many clients actually prefer them because they can remain comfortable in their own space.

How often should someone schedule sessions?

7

Most clients schedule sessions occasionally rather than on a fixed schedule.

Some come during periods of transition or emotional intensity. Others return every few months as a way to recalibrate and reconnect with their inner compass.

Your own intuition about timing is usually the best guide.

What happens after the session?

8

Many clients notice insights or emotional shifts continuing for several days after the session.

You may feel clearer, lighter, or more reflective. I sometimes suggest simple integration practices — grounding, journaling, or quiet reflection — to help anchor the insights that surfaced.

How should I prepare for a session?

9

A Note on Referrals

Most people find their way to these sessions through personal referrals or previous clients. If you feel drawn to schedule a session, you’re welcome to reach out directly.

Sometimes the right timing becomes clear simply by asking.

Preparation is simple:

• arrive well hydrated
• wear comfortable clothing
• give yourself time afterward to rest or reflect if possible

You don’t need to prepare questions or intentions, though you’re welcome to bring them if you have them.
