While my public-facing work centers on content strategy, clarity, and AI fluency, my healing practice has always lived at the root of my work: presence, deep listening, energetic discernment, and the belief that people carry more wisdom than they often realize.

These one-on-one sessions are for people moving through transition, grief, stress, emotional residue, spiritual awakening, or the subtle sense that something old is ready to leave the body and field.

My approach is grounded, intuitive, trauma-informed, and deeply respectful. I blend Reiki-based energy work, intuitive insight, symbolic interpretation, and practical integration so the session doesn’t just feel meaningful in the moment; it gives you something to carry forward.

My sessions blend grounded practicality with subtle energetic work, including Usui and Karuna Reiki, ARCH, I’O, and clairvoyant, clairsentient, and clairaudient insight.

I translate every insight into clear, doable next steps … micro‑rituals, body‑based practices or reflective prompts — to keep the momentum moving long after the session. Safety, confidentiality and genuine kindness are non‑negotiables; my own journey through complex trauma taught me how essential those pillars are.
